[00:00:00] Hello, beautiful souls. It has been a minute since I have dropped a podcast, and I do want to say get ready because there is more to come with the podcast as it comes back online. So I. I wanted to come in here and open up this new iteration of the podcast of Rachelle Embry and her evolution and what has happened.
And if any of you have you've followed my journey, you know that I have been in. One of the most alchemical processes of my life over the last three years. What has happened? Astrologically. Cataly like moved me forward in ways I never thought I would. I'm gonna say be cracked open in a sense, because you know, when we are moving forward and we're being catalyzed.
We have to allow pieces of us to fall away parts of our life, parts of who [00:01:00] we identified with, the stories, the beliefs, and it's deeply confronting. And this is what I really call the crux of shadow work, right? It's like we have to face those shadows and we have to allow the triggers to come up and we have to allow the feelings, the emotions, the fears, all of it.
And we have to allow ourselves to be seen by other people so that we can. Connect that vulnerability into purpose and being vulnerable and being witnessed in that vulnerability is one of the most powerful things that we can do in order to elevate our, our own energy. Because when we allow ourselves to truly be seen and witnessed by other powerful people, not people who I stay identified in victim mode, or that, you know, want us to stay small, I'm talking like women that we would fear normally being exposed to.
And we allow that to happen. There is something that shifts in us, and it is [00:02:00] one of the most powerful sister wound healings that we could possibly ever, ever have. If you know my journey and if you don't know my journey, like there has been a lot of sister wound healing. A lot of things that de deeply stemmed from a very traumatic relationship with my own mother growing up.
That really played out in multiple ways. And obviously there was some daddy issues and all the things, you know, the mommy issues, the daddy issues, all the things that, really catalyzed. But what I really wanna focus on today is. This sister wound and how it played out inside my business and how it really kept me small and really held me back from sharing my true essence.
And, and as the last three years it happened where Pluto was coming across my natal Mercury and Pluto. If you don't know astrology, you know Pluto comes along. And really exposes the shadow. It's the trigger, right? And it exposes what is [00:03:00] deep in our psyche, deep in our unconscious that we have not faced yet.
Because when we have these Pluto transits, it's actually a big activator of leadership. It's a big activator for expansion. Pluto will show you every which way that you are giving your power away and playing small in this lifetime and not aligned in your true power. And it gives you experiences to deepen your capacity emotionally and energetically so that you can become so embodied in your wisdom.
And that sounds all glorious, right? Oh my embodied wisdom. But the truth is how few people in the online space are actually embodied in their wisdom is really kind of scary and embodied. Wisdom literally comes from being in the experience of what you are sharing [00:04:00] of your purpose, that you are activating in others.
That is embodied wisdom. We only gain embodied wisdom. By allowing ourselves to move through initiations, to move through changes, to be activated, to allow experiences to come forward to us as we step up into bigger rooms and we walk alongside our fears and we keep doing the uncomfortable things that expose our triggers and expose our shadows, and then give us the initiations we need to release an
chemicalized, right? Like those shadows and triggers. And so that is what Pluto does. And if you don't walk alongside your fear and keep moving forward even when you have no idea who you are, because as Pluto moves through your chart, it's like you are being rebirthed 1000 times over and over again. It's death and rebirth.
Death and rebirth, death and rebirth. And it will feel like, I don't even know who I am. [00:05:00] I have no fucking clue who I am. It's like there will be moments of liberation as you're in the rebirth. I've got it. I've got it. And then there's moments of disintegration, Pluto transits, and when people have a really.
Strong Pluto in their chart are the number one reasons. When people come to me, and I can guarantee you when somebody is coming to me, it's like, where's Pluto? What's going on with Pluto right now? What is happening? Because they're going through a death and rebirth. They're going through a massive transition in their life.
Be it endings of relationships being big pivots in their business being like a rise to create bigger impact, right? They're maybe going through like something where they just, their, their voice, the things that they wanna say and share and deepening in their relationships.
There could be endings of those as well. Big moves. These are, and these are processes that really impact our identity because Pluto works so much with our overall identity. And these will [00:06:00] be transitions in life where it's like we have to shift into a new identity. What do I mean by that? Identity is how you actually think of yourself in this current moment, right?
So we think of ourselves in identity, so that's going to be the thoughts and beliefs and stories that we say about ourselves. It's gonna be the labels we put on ourselves. It's going to be what we actually think we can overcome, accomplish what we think is possible. It'll, it'll impact the level and caliber of relationships, the death and intimacy that you call in your relationships.
It will impact your actual self-worth. Your identity will impact the actual ability of what you desire to create inside of your purpose in your business, and expanding. Your identity impacts your money. It impacts your self value, it impacts your desires, it impacts your purpose. It is everything. And Pluto is a planet that really works with elevating and [00:07:00] activating your identity so that you release all parts of you that cannot come with you in order for you to rise into your own soul's calling.
I always think of our astrology chart that's like. When we have these big initiations, it's saying, because the soul is fucking ready for you to step up. It's like you are playing small. You are playing small in your relationships. You're playing small in your voice, you're playing small in your mission, you're playing small in your money.
You're playing small in how, whatever that looks like, be it overgiving and fearing, disappointing people, fearing letting things go, letting versions, dreams of you, go. Fearing, like letting people down is a big one. Worrying about what people are gonna think about you when you change and you shift. And this could even be like big stories like I had that really came up for me of like, when I get successful, people really let me down.
People leave my world, they either die or relationships end, or in, in the sisterhood wound. It's like as I [00:08:00] rose, people would leave me and this would happen. Like we would be amazing friends and I would be like soul, sister energy. And then within a year it would just like. Die. Right? And so as we move through these and we're , healing these sister wounds and we're healing these abandonment wounds and these rejection wounds and like these stories that come up, it is really uncomfortable.
And what I wanna say to you is like the only way to ever manifest exactly what it is that you truly desire. I'm not talking about your ego desires or your human small desires. I'm talking about soul led, higher consciousness desires. That's like it you, this is, you know, in your body. This is what you came here for, and it, and if you are somebody that constantly abandons that and stays small and stays in the face of fear again and again and again.
You are abandoning you like you are abandoning you. You are rejecting you, and you'll only call forth more experiences where you are abandoned and more [00:09:00] experiences where you are rejected. Okay? And that's all because of the identity that you are holding. In this piece of the identity that you're holding, that you actually see yourself as.
And so as we move forward and we are creating and we're being called to move forward, we are going to get so many of these initiations, as I call them. To activate more within us, and it's deeply uncomfortable. And this is honestly why most people quit because they're so afraid of what they're going to have to move through.
And in truth, it's actually worse to stay exactly where you are than it actually is to. And I'm gonna say, be cracked open, because that sounds like, oh my God, that sounds horrible. But honestly, this is where you learn, and I, I say this, I'm like, if you're not willing to be triggered, then why are you living?
Why are you living life? If you're not willing to see all parts of you, including the shadow as well as your power, like then why are you here? Right? Like what? That, this is the point of life. This is the [00:10:00] point of earth school, of being here and coming here is to move through this whole emotional layer, this whole
emotional landscape and feel it all. And so many people are so afraid to feel it all, to feel that duality because they feel like, well, if I'm cracked open, then like if I face this difficult experience and I can't do this then, or if I'm not completely healed, I can't do this. Or if my life is a shit show in the background,, who am I to lead and go out and be doing this?
Or if I my body isn't perfect, then I can't be the, dietician, right? If I'm not perfectly healed, I can't be the healer if I can't. If I, if I don't have the perfect relationship, I can't be the relationship coach, right? If I'm not perfect at manifesting, then I can't go out and let show other people how to do it, and it's just like, fuck that.
That's not what we're here. There's duality in all of it. And this is why I love Pluto. Why I love, the power of these astrological transits as well, that we go through these difficult periods is because they do show us the duality in all of it. That you, you, there's [00:11:00] no such thing as being the perfectly.
Perfect, curated human. It's really about your embodied wisdom. That truly is what brings you into that stronger, soul led frequency. Right? And we have to, to, in order to gain embodied wisdom. We don't do this through learning books. We do this through mo walking through the fire again and again and again and again.
One of the biggest things for me that I know for me personally was being able to show up in rooms where, you know, at this point in my career, you know, I, I, this whole year, I've been working with Jupiter in my 10th house with Jupiter, the planet of expansion. It can be good luck and fortune if you know how to work with it, but it can also expand on what is.
What is hanging out emotionally and densely in your, in your body, right, in your emotional realm. It can expand on all that, which can be like really uncomfortable because it is a planet of manifestation and whether you wanna see this or not, you are always [00:12:00] manifesting. We are always manifesting. So what are you manifesting?
Your external reality is always gonna tell you what you're manifesting and what you manifest is always a result of your identity and your identity is a result of your energy. Those thoughts, beliefs and stories and everything that you're coded to and conditioned to believe about yourself or life in general, right?
And so if you're like, really wanna work with, manifesting, you do have to know where your emotional realm is at, and especially when it comes to these bigger planets like, uh, Jupiter and Pluto and, you know, that just will outwit your frequency.
Like there's nothing you could do manifestation wise that will outwit what these planets will reflect back to you. Right? And this is why I say like, no ritual, no manifestation strategy, no strategy in your business will ever outwit your frequency ever, ever, ever. Okay, so embodied wisdom, again, it [00:13:00] comes from putting yourself in those uncomfortable positions that you know that you need to do in order to.
Become more embodied and lead. And the reason why so many people feel like they get stuck in comparison and they get stuck in imposter syndrome is because they are not doing the things that they know that they need to do in order to, and, and I'm not talking about, you know, yes, sometimes this might be structure in your day or actual physical, tangible things, but I'm talking about putting yourself into.
Experiences where you will rise and up level, right? Whether that's putting yourself in with a mentor that is going to really mirror back to you like where you're playing small with precision, where you, you know, things that you know that you need to do, right? And sometimes people don't wanna do that because they don't wanna be told, because they don't wanna have to change, they don't wanna have to face things about themselves.
And that's fine. You know, that's totally fine if somebody wants to stay exactly where they are, right? But when we really wanna manifest more. [00:14:00] And I mean by more like abundance, be it money, be it love, be it intimacy, be it depth, be it connection, be it collaboration, be it connection to God, source, universe, those are all manifestations.
And if we want more of those things, self-love, self-worth, all these things, we have to be willing to put ourselves in uncomfortable positions. Right. And do uncomfortable things. And so for me this year, like falling in line with Jupiter was very much about, putting myself in places to be visible. Well, visibility in the past was threatening, right?
Because I mean, I, with people that I deeply loved in the spiritual communities, you know, there was a lot of gaslighting. There was a lot of, manipulation. There was a lot of projection. There was a lot of people like just, you know, abandoning, rejecting me. Abuse, like literally being accused of [00:15:00] spiritual abuse and.
You know, things about myself when all I was doing was had a big heart and I gave a lot to people. I gave more than I ever should have, and that was my shadow in all of this is I saw like a lot of red flags, but I gaslit myself and I abandoned myself and my own truth because I felt. Like I wasn't, like there was so much doubt about my perception of other people, and a lot of that just comes from the relationship and the manipulation that I had with my mother.
And because there was so much manipulation there, I never could fully trust myself. It, there was so much doubt because I was made to be seen as though, you don't really know what you're talking about. Right. And there's so much more to that backstory, but a lot of this was the replication of that.
And then putting myself and surrounding myself with people where I'd be like, but they're so amazing. They have so much to give. They're so powerful. , They're so kind. They're so big hearted. But they didn't fucking value me and they were using me and [00:16:00] they were, you know, until I was not value of value to them and they found something else to go and chase and go and find.
And I found this to be a really big thing in the spiritual space and even in the online coaching space. But really, it's so odd to me how many people in the spiritual community are in this chasing, glorifying energy. You just choose me, pick me. You have something to give to me. Oh, this is you. I can get more from this and more from this versus the authenticity.
And so why I've actually really disconnected from that space, because it, I've just found it to be very, , arrogant and very entitled and very judgy. Very preachy and a lot of lack of integrity to be full, fully honest. So, you know, the women that I surrounded myself with were actually very different. And what I found though is they were actually way more embodied spiritually than in the past.
Right. And that was a good reflection for me to see because that, [00:17:00] let me see. Wow. Your energy has really shifted the level of what you value yourself, your discernment that you have with people. And this really required me to go into rooms and spaces because Jupiter, going through the 10th house, is all about visibility, right?
It's being seen because it's setting you up for what is next. Being seen in your career, being seen in your wisdom, being seen, being known, getting your, your face out there. Really just finding the words even when you don't have them. Just willing to be messy and but being your authentic self and creating those connections and that is what this entire year and all the way in through half of next year is really about.
As I, as I was doing this and putting myself into these rooms, it started back last May, going to a retreat with my dear friend and a lovely mentor who I absolutely love. You guys have probably heard me talk about her, Jack Shaw. And so that was a beautiful space to be held in and be seen and expanded in.
And then I went to another event, . In, in Calgary, Canada, that was absolutely [00:18:00] amazing where there was even more women, like 30 more women, and the sisterhood and the depth that was created there was so phenomenal. And then I came home and there was an experience that happened personally that. Really had to happen because it was, again, it's , these, uncomfortable experience and it had to happen because we can't expand to our next level when we have things draining and leaking our energy in the background.
So this experience happened, I, I'm not ready to share about it, but it did, and it was an another one that really cracked me open. And it's like the whole time I'm like, yes, bring it right. And because I wanna see, I wanna know what is actually keeping me from my expansion. I am so committed to that because for me, the expansion equals impact.
And the more people that I can show up and impact in this life and in this world, that's my mission, right? That, that is purpose to me. And, and it is all about that connection. And so most recently I went to another event, , called Soft Girl Millions with [00:19:00] Ann Mosley, and it was absolutely. Triggering af because I went there for the expansion and when I walked into the room I had no idea like how many of these women were making like four.
I was, I actually sat at a table where like the minimum was like 4 million. It was insane, and I'm like, I am not at this caliber. Right? That's the identity that I had. That's the story that I was telling myself. And again, I could hear this Pluto iteration of like. Yeah, you're gonna leave, you're gonna step into your power.
But it was really triggering for me to be fully honest. And so, I actually, a lot of these, I'm not enough. Like who am I, I started to really go into this doubting my wisdom, like, almost like not even finding the words. Like I would go to talk to people and I would just feel like the, like this little wounded girl,, and, and not really.
Showing up in my confidence and all of the things that I've cleared and moved through. And so that was the trigger for me and [00:20:00] it was, it was quite interesting to witness me and that little girl, like that little girl energy of being witnessed in that and not feeling like I belonged. That's always been a deep wound of mine.
It's like that feeling of like, I don't really belong here. And, yeah, so as I , was in all of that and, and sitting with full presence. I did a healing with one of the speakers, and the healing opened up something in me that I really felt around the sister wounding and those fears. And instead of silencing myself, I actually stood up in the room full of 150 women.
Okay. There was 150 women powerhouse women. The speaker of this, I've been in her year long container, and she's just absolutely amazing. I just love her and she's so heart led and she's wildly successful, but she has. Really been through it and she is no stranger to it, right? And so I, I spoke up and I shared about what I experienced and [00:21:00] the al Chemicalization of the sister wound and how being in this space was very triggering for me.
And I thought I'd really move through it, but this is what was coming up. And she looked at me and she said, I see you so clearly. This was my story too, Elle. This was me too. I kept, I had chills, I had full chills as I'm saying this. This was me, and she said for the longest time she isolated and she guarded herself as well from other women because that was safer, because it was just too much pain to go through all of this.
You know, ups and downs and what have you. Create these beautiful relationships and just have that, the abandonment and the projection and all of that happened, right? And she said, this was me. And, and how it created like a lot of hyper independence
and you know what was really beautiful about the Cher is because she didn't see me as wounded, she actually saw me as really powerful. She saw me in my power [00:22:00] and also was like, I get where you've been from and also you're fucking powerful. Right? And I feel like so much when we're, working with astrology.
We're getting healings, we're, you know, we're moving through all these things. Like there's just becomes a pattern to only see people in their wounds and having this over identification of why I can't do this because I had this past life. I can't do this because I had this wound. I can't do this because of this.
And I, I just feel like it does such a disur, like it's so not purposeful and it is not solution oriented. It is actually a victimized spiritual wounding that people want to identify from. And there's so much more power that comes out of witnessing somebody and saying, I see you in that. I've been there, and also like I've created this and not from my comparison.
Literally, it was like such a reflection of like, shit, this woman is actually knows what this is. And she's felt [00:23:00] it and she's been it, and she's creating like million dollar months and leading a room full of 150 women in vulnerability and being truth and being transparent and not bringing people to this event to sell to them, bringing people to this event literally to activate them.
She was that like about making money. It was like she just felt called to do this as such of a purpose and it was actually really draining for her, like in the sense of like she didn't have time for it, but she knew this was part of her purpose and she did it. And she showed up even that first night and she said, I have so much fear around doing this event around being seen and being witnessed.
And she shared her stories of when she had her best income year of hitting depression and hitting anxiety and feeling isolated and alone and realizing like there like that was not the end, right? Like that was not the intent, and that is what cracked her open. And so we have these moments that, you know, she faced her [00:24:00] fear of leading this room full of women, and what will they think of me if I don't show up?
Completely strategic, because she didn't come there to talk about strategy, like she's normally very strategic. She came there to share about the story. She came here to activate parts within us and really hold people at their depth. And celebrate them in their power, and that's what she did. And there was fears around that.
And so when we get to see. You know, put ourselves in rooms like this and then we face our fears and what happened after that was so amazing. So many women came up to me after that share, just saying, thank you so much for sharing that. I feel this so tremendously. Thank you so much. I even shared about this on my TikTok channel, which yes, I'm doing TikTok now.
You'll have to go find me on there. It's been so fun and just like. It, it's been amazing just to free up my voice and, share from there. And like people relating to this, like are, and so many women relate to the sister wound and wills. That's not like the main [00:25:00] focus of my business. Right. It is still a big part of it because it is all about criminalizing these wounds that keep us stuck, that keep us small, that keep us from moving into our purpose, that keep us in fears around visibility of being seen, fears around vulnerability, fears around connection, fears around spreading our sacred magic out
That keeps us from making pivots in our lives too. And it even keeps us from creating more emotional depth within our relationships. And so what happened at that event was so transformative for me and the way that it just, something shifted.
So like primally within me. That. It's like I came back and of course we're in this retrograde currently, and it was really like, what are you, what are you letting go of? You know? And one of the things was the Quantum Collective. I've loved how that collective has served so many women. There were women that were disappointed about that, but you know, I feel like it didn't [00:26:00] have the depth that I really wanted to curate.
And so, you know, it's really leading and holding women at their depth and doing the deeper shadow work to like integrate all parts of that shadow, integrate it right. , Really integrate the shadow and bringing in our destiny manifestation blueprint and doing the energetic recoding that I love to do, the identity recoding, which is.
So necessary for what we want to create. Like we cannot manifest what we desire till we do these three things. And we know what our destiny manifestation blueprint is, what our shadows are, how to like integrate them and actually how to energetically recode our bodies so that we are not tied to past timelines that are keeping us stuck and keeping us responding in these fear, self-sabotage patterns that put us.
In the same space, the same place that keep [00:27:00] us, like one of my clients said, bottlenecked. Bottlenecked in the same fricking place. Right? And then what happens is the more that we do that, we get smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller. And I don't know about you, but I know most of the women that come into my world are really fucking multidimensional.
They are so visionary. They have so much gifts, they're so fucking awesome. The women coming into my world have just been. Just fantastic. It's like the women that are and the the women that stay in my world. So I don't wanna dismiss any of you that have been in my world for ages.
'cause I love you and you're in my world still now because you're so devoted to your expansion and that's why you're so fucking awesome. And like the women coming into my world, right? . We're here for it and we're so ready for our next level and, and devoted to doing what I call, like a lot of people say the unsexy work, but I say it's the sexiest fucking work you can do because it's the work that brings your divine feminine on.
It [00:28:00] turns her on. It's the, it's the work that really brings you into who you are, into mastery, into your embodied wisdom that when you walk in the room, people. Stop and they're like, oh fuck, who is she? You turn heads like you turn heads, right? And this is my desire for the women coming into my world that you walk into the room with your partner and he literally like drops or she drops and is like.
Oh my god, you're fucking amazing. Right? Celebrating you and boosting you into your power, right? And so this is where my journey is going and it, I am so excited for what is ahead with all of the things that are going to be happening. , In my world, for one, I have a mastermind that's going to be opening in January, but right now I'm taking applications.
