 Hello, unfiltered ladies, unfiltered leaders. I'm here with a very raw riff from my heart to yours about scaling your business, growing your business, and why you should never, ever, even at the beginning stages, ever attempt.

Your business should be based around your life and your business should always be run around your life and your desires for your life. And if you do not do that from the very beginning, and if you're doing this and you're deeper into your career, what you're probably experiencing. There's a lot of emotional burnout, emotional draining, energetic leaks, energetic drains, physically tired and exhausted.

And this is usually the point when women come find me because they want to find the balance of it all between strategy. Energetics and their own energy and get really, really clear on those soul led desires. That is truly what business should be based on. And also business should be based on our life and the type of lifestyle that we want.

And so this really bit me hard, early 2023. It made a pretty strong pivot inside my business and I decided that the main forefront of my business was going to be serving entrepreneurs, and it was a very natural pivot. It just flowed very naturally because a lot of entrepreneurs were finding me.

They wanted to dive into the world of animal communication and energy work to amplify their current businesses. They wanted to dive into their own gifts so they could bring their spiritual gifts into their current businesses and no longer like hide behind that lens. They were also finding me because they were scaling and growing their businesses, and they wanted to do it from like the energetic stand.

And so I was completely intuitive in this movement, and it felt really, really good. But it started to go all in on strategies that really didn't fortify me. That ultimately what ended up happening is that I ended up with a very full calendar, very little time to, you know, promote myself to, to get on social, to create new leads, to connect with people,

I felt like I was really putting my energy in the wrong places because at that time, my idea of scaling was simply scale to make money, and so money was the ultimate outcome. And not that I didn't, I love, I've always loved my people that come into my world and you know, but my idea of scaling was basically to triple my income at that time.

I quickly realized scaling has nothing to do with money. It's like when we decide that we are going to scale, we are going to end up having to scale our emotional capacity, our energetic capacity, we're going to have to scale our health. We're gonna have to scale our routines and structure and create really strong, solid structure that can actually hold us and the growth that we are calling in.

And in that same attempt to scale, we will be met with initiation after initiation. That is going to say, do you really have the emotional capacity to hold all that? You say that you can because to create a very. Strong, bigger business to lead. Many, you are going to have to have really, really strong leadership skills.

You're gonna have to really lead yourself through difficult conversations, through things like, increasing your prices, releasing offers that aren't aligned, opening up new containers. Being willing to be visible in front of people you have never met, and I mean large groups of people you have never met.

And be willing to lead in a room of people in that way and also be willing to. Serve women or whatever your clients are, that you might not feel that you are ready to serve, or maybe they make like 10 x more than you do financially. And it's like, do you feel like you could actually put yourself in the room and lead them right?

Lead them through the transformation that they're coming to you to, transform in your magic and your medicine? And so there's all this. Stuff that starts to come up that basically will mirror back to you exactly where you are as far as your doubts, your fears, your worthiness, what you feel is even possible, what you believe is possible.

Because oftentimes we believe something is possible. We say we do, but really when it gets right to it, we don't. And a lot of this, like basically what happened was I went all in and it came at a very strong cost to my body.

So I had Saturn, who I say the big daddy, big daddy of the Zodiac, big daddy Saturn, moving through my sixth house. So Saturn is the planet of responsibility of masculine structure. It does actually rule a good bit in our body. It is where we are asked to find the balance between. Responsibility and structure and ease.

And it's often the part, wherever Saturn lands natally in our chart and wherever Saturn is traveling through our chart is where we will find a lot of restriction at first, but it's also where we'll be asked to face a lot of deeper fears, hidden fears, and it's also where like a lot of pressure could be put on if you're in flow with Saturn influence, you don't feel this.

A whole lot, you'll feel some restriction with it. I really got to learn Saturn, learn about Saturn over the last three years, even though I am a really highly Saturn rolled person to me, in my Saturn areas of my chart, which is my Capricorn moon and all my Aquarius energy was actually. I was really comfortable with working hard.

So Saturn comes into my sixth house and it's, the sixth house is all about health, the body nervous system. It's our day-to-day routines. It is, you know, the routines that fortify our body and how do our day to day routines really match up with, what we're creating, right? How do they support and replenish us?

And so a lot of the times when Saturn goes to the sixth house initially, it can look like somebody goes really hard into work and they're working really, really, hard. And they are creating systems and structures to. Sustained them and, and sustained their, their work or service or career or what have you.

And then often it comes with a collapse, some sort of collapse in the body. And it's usually not one of these where it's like severe, severe health issues, but it's enough that it says this is not actually long-term sustainable. Like this is not sustainable for the long term. And so as Saturn goes through and I'm working my ass off and.

Scaling my hormones, took a plunge. I actually hit perimenopause and I didn't realize that's what was happening. At the same time, my husband and I were, combining our households and looking for a home, which led to a lot of nervous system exhaustion. Searching for a house at this age and blending your life with a partner.

It's really exciting, but it does come with a lot of different energies to navigate with his children, my business, our lives, our different finances, our past, our future. There's just a lot more to deal with than when you're younger and just flowing into it.

And so all of this left me in complete. System exhaustion. And the irony is, is I didn't see it inside the business so much, but what was happening is like, I'm a big mountain bike rider. I would go to mountain bike and I was just in flight or fight, like I could not, I couldn't find the bike, I couldn't trust the bike.

I started to get really edgy in life. I started to get really scared about things that I just didn't think I would be scared about. And ultimately what ended up happening. Is because I was not dealing with the deeper beliefs and emotions that I had stored in my body about my body, about my own physical health and my karma with my body.

I actually gained around like 30 pounds it felt like almost overnight and business. Started to slow tremendously because I was working with people that I just, they were expecting me to do things in a way that just wasn't fortifying my system and my body because I was just basically bending over backwards to cater to anybody to so that I could have that lucratively in money and coming in.

So instead of looking at this, you know how Saturn wanted me to look at it, I actually went into a pretty kind of a, and of course it's perimenopause and if any of you have ever been in there had hormone issues. You'll understand this. At first, I was. Really depressed and just like, what did I do wrong?

And again, something I had to really face. I did nothing wrong, and I took this really personally. I took it all extremely personally that the universe did not have my back. That there was something wrong with me. Like, why is this happening? It was actually a really, really stressful time and it emotionally for me, and even though my husband and I had moved in and at this point we were solid in our house and home.

You know, there's a lot of other things. I was navigating the loss of my father that was very sudden the loss of one of my dogs. Another one of my dogs was quite old as well, so there was a lot like moving grief in there as well. And also, you know, getting married at this age, like your identity shifts, you know, and there's just things that move through.

And so as business started to get really slow. And things were just shifting around a lot. I started to realize that, I did not have solid belief systems. I did not have the emotional capacity that I thought that I had to run a sustainable business at like a 500 K level. And so this led me to really dive into what are the energetics of.

A $250,000 a year business that you need to have in the unseen world and in our own body, the energetics that we need to embody. Realizing that basically during that time, I was forcing a lot of strategies that just did not work for me, and I was running a lot of offers that were not in alignment with me anymore.

And ultimately from that third quarter of 2023, all the way up to third quarter of last year of 2024, I was really met with a lot of initiations externally through, old clients, through colleagues, through people that were, like spiritual sisters to me.

It led to what? On the outside and inside felt like a devastating experience. But the more that I worked with this and understood what was happening in my astrological chart was Saturn knowing that I had to create balance in my life. I had to prioritize my body. This was the only way I was going to move through this.

And if I didn't prioritize my body, if I didn't, prioritize my health and my routines and make that the number one commitment for me, which was really important for me. In my life that this was going to just keep continuing in a slippery slope. There was also some astrological transits that were happening for me with Pluto and Pluto was going over top of my natal mercury.

So he, Pluto really transforms us. And Mercury is how we speak and communicate. It's how we bring our message out into the world. It's our voice. And so Pluto will, it's like kind of the death and rebirth it comes through and it. Basically destructs the old and says, this is no longer a fit for you, and I really want you to step into more authoritative leadership.

And by authoritative meaning like I want you to own who the fuck you are and step into your sacred magic and on your mercury, it's like, and I want you to communicate this and communicate all that you're learning during. Big death and rebirth and transformative cycle so that you can empower others and lead them through these major changes and major trans transformations and hold them at the depth of what you have been needed to be held during this time.

And so that was really uncomfortable because I had to meet these majorly, majorly uncomfortable experiences where. You know, I feel like if I was the person that I was 10 years ago, I probably would've quit. I would've quit everything I would've tossed in Thet, and there were multiple times where I almost did, but it's like my sole desire was to make that impact.

And knowing my astrology, I knew this was all taking me somewhere. I knew that on the other side of these transits, and there were many more transits. But let's just say like my entire, my entire chart. It was being hit with a major disruption foundation shaking up.

I mean, just everything was saying this has to change and we have, we have more plans for you. Your soul, God universe, has more plans for you and in order for you to fulfill in your humanness, these plans that we have for you. We need you to elevate your emotional capacity. We need you to stop overgiving to these people that are not deserving of your bigness, of who you are, of your big heart at all, and we need you to start focusing on you and your body.

And releasing these karmic cords that were just replicas of my mother wounds and my father wounds and past life, karma, et cetera, right? I started to hide what I did in business, behind the spiritual spirituality, behind the energetics, behind the energy. I really started to like hide it all.

Because I thought that for some reason when I went in there that the universe just said, I don't really have your back in this. You should go back to doing the spiritual stuff, doing animal communication, which I still do, animal communication, and I still blend a lot of spirituality into what I do.

But ultimately I was, I was hiding. I was hiding a big part of who I was and not truly claiming that business was a big forefront of me. Strategy is a big forefront to me, and its energetics and the balance of all of these things in the unseen world and the power of the unseen world. So at multiple times, I never really led with the truth of what it is.

All of the knowledge that I know about the unseen world that is very different, and it's not for everybody, but it is. Real truth. I mean, there is a real truth to the power of the unseen world, and I have walked it. I have lived it, I've breathed it, and I have transformed through it. And I will say that any major life disruption, any major change in your life, anything that you are moving through that feels like a pivot in your business or a calling, a new direction, guaranteed, there's something being activated in your natal astrological chart and the way that the planets are communicating with your chart now.

And it is so important to flow with those energies because the more you resist them. The more you delay what's actually waiting on the other side for you and. You know, I don't know, maybe it's my Aquarius rebellious spirit. My, I can, I can sometimes get really, like this is the way, right.

And also I'm an extremely loyal person and I've spent a lot of time in my life being loyal to the wrong. People making excuses for people thinking, well, they just did that because of this, because they were feeling this because of this, but they're such a good person and you know, and at the end of the day, I had to be okay closing the door on a lot of people, because when you're called to have a bigger mission, you cannot.

Bring people that bring you down with you, you cannot. And so your relationships will organize and it will be really uncomfortable, and you will get projections, and you will get people that really do project their wounds on you. Especially if you're a really powerful person with powerful gifts that is going to intimidate a lot of people, especially if they are not integrated in who they are.

And so it is so important for these things to happen. And I was not listening, and so these disruptions were, or I would say I would listen, but I wasn't trusting and I thought I had healed through a lot of these things, but then they just kept happening. And it was because I needed to say no right away.

I need to add ad advocate and use my voice more and exercise my voice. And I also had a lot of anger that I had to deal with around the way that all this was happening and the grief and the losses that I had moved through. And it was really, really hurtful. And so, as all of this was happening.

Business was, I was had a pretty lucrative 20, 24 year, which was great. But what happened, once again, is that. In the last quarter of last year when Mars went retrograde, it did it in my 10th house, which is of career public visibility. It's like, again, like how do you want your business to run?

Saturn's still going through my sixth house, you know, your day-to-day routines. Creating sustainable structures to support you for the long-term game. And so it's like, as that third quarter hit, it was again, another call to reassess. And it was, I remember doing my taxes and everything at the end of the year, 2024 and looking at all my income.

And I, in truth, like was no higher than I was in 2023. And so I made this declaration to myself and I was like, you know. I am not going to run like I am no longer running my business. Like prioritizing my business before my life, my life is going to be planned entirely in my business around that. I don't know what that looks like.

I don't know what that's entirely gonna feel like yet, but I know this is the declaration of my next chapter. And as these heavy transits were starting to lifting, I was just feeling like I, I'm starting to feel free and this is how my days are gonna look. This is the type of people that I'm gonna work with.

And as the months went on, it became very evident that my hiding what I did with strategy energetics and the unseen world was doing me a massive disservice, and I needed to actually declare that. I love working with money. I'm really good at working with money. So many women that come into my world, they get out of debt.

It just happens, right? And it's not be, it's like their income grows, but there's also, it's also the relationship with money shifts. So it's not because we're focusing on money, it's because we're focusing on emotional intelligence, emotional capacity, and emotional congruence in every area of their life, including the strategy in which they lead with.

I had to start sharing this. I was like, I need to let people know this. Because what was happening is people would come find me and they'd say, well, I, I am, I wanna work with this person. 'cause they actually, I need strategy right now. I don't need energetics. And so I was like. Clearly I am not leading in that way, and I need to really share, like, yes, I lead with strategy.

I'm highly strategic in my life and in my business. I have a real estate business that I did also create during that 20, 24 year, 2023, and really grew it in 2024, because I wanted to have more recurring revenue. I wanted to have passive income. I wanted to have more freedom. All of this said because I was hiding and not totally leading in my truth.

It's like my business could never truly we're gonna call it scale to the degree that I wanted it to. Did it grow? Yes. Did I have sustainability? Absolutely. I've had a very lucrative business for well over 13 years. I've had other businesses. Prior to that, that were very successful as well.

I've grown businesses outside of this business during this time real estate business, all I mean, they've done well. But the reality is with this business I was not leading in my truth. What I realized, and what I know is if you do not lead in your truth and you're not totally visible in all of what it is of your power, and if you don't know what that is, then.

You need to go deep in really discover that. And if you're committed to this process and you're not one that just quits and you're really committed to the long-term game, the universe is going to bring you. Your chart is going to bring you exactly what it is that you need to experience so that you can totally lead in this mission that you're completely devoted to.

And what I will say is through all of it, as soon as I was like, no, no more, I planned every vacation. I did things that really didn't make sense for me to do while money was slow. Because in that declaration, my business did really slow down at the first part of this year, first quarter was the lowest quarter I've ever had in my entire career.

I was very okay with that because I was no longer willing to go forward and run business the way that I had been or been taught to in those ways, and I was no longer willing to hide. And so I had to find, figure out for me, like what that was, what that truth was.

And so I have since then declared this and have been leading in this way and really only for a short time. Once Mars was really kind of moving into Leo and gave me some freedom of my 10th house. We all had a long Mars retrograde from last year to this year. That's when things started to really start to feel like they were opening up and it was more declaring more truths coming out and more of this.

Like really leading the paving the path, like leading this next era. And what has happened has been just phenomenal. I mean, just the most amazing women, like women that have been in my world for ages, all of a sudden we're like hopping in to one-to-one high, high proximity, bespoke mentorship with me. I have been working this collaboration with Vika and it's been

extraordinarily successful, on the backend. I've explored with Facebook ads with that for a very low amount of money, and we have pretty much 10 Xed our, sales from doing Facebook ads. I'm so proud of myself for doing that because to me that feels like freedom, right?

It feels so free to wake up and look at my inbox and see there's like three, four sales coming in. Also, you know, outside of that, it's like knowing what my containers are going to be. It's like truly, truly leading strategy energetics and the unseen world and planning my business around my life. So like travel was huge for me this year.

So I have so many trips. I'm like looking at. August, like we go away this next week, and then pretty much for 10 days to the upper peninsula, with my husband and then coming back the following month. I'm doing some dog shows. For those of you that don't know, I compete with my dogs and do that for fun.

A hobby. I mean, every day I walk my dogs in the morning. I work out. My schedule is set around me. In the evening, it's like sometimes I bike ride my husband, you know, there's so much freedom to be in nature and to be in, my version of luxury and the trips that I'm making are all really collaborations and surrounding myself with high level women who are leaders in the industries that they're in and surrounding myself with that type of energy.

And that's been the entire year and it, and that has been me purposely taking advantage of Jupiter, traveling through my 10th house of Visibility public eye, and really getting myself out there. In leveraging this transit. But that aside, it's the, what has happened since early August is like literally, I, you know, and I've told you guys, I'm being very transparent here.

I don't love to lead with money, but this is again, something I do feel I need to share. I deeply am passionate about money. I talk about money all the time, but I don't love to leave with like my money wins. But I'm gonna share this very vulnerably, is that over the last week I have literally had about 20 K in sales.

So, and all but 4K of that was actually, cash sales. And so that to me is like, it was kind of an aha pinch me moment of. This is, this is what freedom feels like in your business. And when you go all in on that and you decide to prioritize yourself and build your business around your life, literally plan your entire life.

And I was never one that planned trips through the year. I didn't, I mean, I just didn't do it. And I, I was always more spontaneous like. We'll go here, we'll go there. I worked on trips. I work now, some of these, I'm gonna have to do some work, right? It's okay. Because I can't take off. I can never have like work, right?

But. I have to serve my clients. I have to serve the people in my one-to-one spaces and in the communities and groups that I'll be leading. But I am more excited about this year and where I'm going and the ease and flow and truly the people coming into my world has just blown my flippant mind.

And the fact that like as I start leading people that have literally been orbiting my world for. Four or five years, they're like, Ray, I know I need to work one-to-one with you. And so, it was me opening up and leading this way. Some of them, this is the power of the unsaid world.

Some of them, they had no idea that I was posting about this in my stories or had put this out there. But the universe, our guides worked together and planted those seeds within these. These women, and they were like, I wonder what Ray's doing? And lo and behold, it's like they're in a season where they're really ready to get up and go.

And it's like, here I am. I've walked this path now for three years of this initiation to get to this point. So I am very qualified at fast tracking that path for these women. They know it. They feel it, and they see it, and they're so ready to work with the power of the unseen world.

Energetics in their body, create that emotional capacity, really heal their relationship with money. And what that means to them. Lead with very sustainable strategies that feed their body that really nourish their body, that as a woman and make you feel sexy, make you feel free. And to me, this is what business is all about.

This is, like I said, a very vulnerable raw truth. A very vulnerable, raw share. But I am here to do this because I'm here to also move you and activate you. That if you are one that has been hiding, been sitting, been waiting, been like wondering in the background why the universe doesn't have your back.

I'm here to say this is where you do have to like I had to take really. Radical responsibility for the way that I was showing up and decide that I was going to lead differently. And yes, that poked my fears. That really poked some past where I was judged and cast out, and it was like, you know what? But I'm not available for that anymore.

And I'm declaring that that type of energy is no longer welcome in my world and I trust myself that that's not even gonna come my way. In the doing that I'm surrounding myself with people that are at a very high frequency, so that I'm not getting pulled down by that. The mentorships that I have chosen to be in the circles, I've chosen to surround myself and have been extremely different.

Than ever before. I mean, this is like very high level and I'm really proud of where this is going and the decisions and the choices, and I'm really. Proud of the initiations that I moved through through my chart because it really was just a challenging several years and it's like I can see just where all of this is going now and the way that this year is going to be structured and the offers that I've created.

It's no longer just this instant gratification I am literally structuring things with specificity. For the long-term game to build and grow and nurture and create and continue to have this, and this is the new wave of business and business just based on strategy alone.

Women who get to multiple six figures and seven figures in their business, they go to energetics because they realize strategy alone is not sustainable for the feminine body, for the feminine emotional ecosystem. It is not, we are not here to market like men, to work like men, to be like men. We have very different frequency and very different energy.
